EXTERNAL USE OF SPACES

The Musikene headquarters is the work of the GAZ architects’ studio and received an award from the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos Vasco Navarro (Official Institute of Architects of the Basque Country and Navarre) in the 2016 edition of the COVAN Prizes. It has spaces available for private individuals or companies. The auditorium, on the ground floor, is the largest of these spaces, but there are also smaller halls for hire, such as the Organ Hall, which can hold 25 people, and classrooms of various sizes. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT.

THE AUDITORIUM

Its maximum capacity with the seating in place is 432 people, but it can hold up to 620 people with the stand and seating removed. In short, it is a multi-purpose space with two 15-metre long 30x30cm square trusses, one at the front, 1.5m from the stage lip and another 6.65m from the back wall, which means the space can be divided into up to three halls. The control booth is centred above row 10 of the stand and has a small window so the technician can hear the sound in the hall. In addition, the auditorium has a semi-direct access loading bay with a service lift, which helps overcome the small difference in height between the stage and street level.

Electrification

The front truss has a 6-channel dimmer.

The rear truss has two 4-channel dimmers.

Both are installed in the trusses themselves and move with them.

8 boxes are distributed on the front half of the stage. These are equipped with Schukos and Ethernet, and can be routed from the booth.
